"Kill Brannigan, a named Clurican, and get a magic jewel. His location is pretty easy. Go to the Parthenon Farm straight Northeast of Innis Carthaig. Line up on the west edge of the field and if you go STRAIGHT North, you'll run right into the Stone (with one of those glowing jewels) where he spawns. He is also somewhat of a rare spawn."
